Aerobiology Laboratory is excited to announce our NYC service center in the Times Square area to support our clients.

Drop off open Monday – Friday, 9 am to 8 pm

All Legionella samples will be sent to our New Jersey laboratory, which is certified by the NY Dept. of Health ELAP for potable and non-potable samples.

All other samples will be sent to our New Jersey or Virginia laboratories for processing. All of our labs are AIHA LAP, LLC accredited, CDC ELITE program certified and our Virginia laboratory is NVLAP accredited for PLM samples.

Drop off projects Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST for guaranteed delivery to our New Jersey laboratory for processing. We cannot accept samples received after 4:00 pm EST on Fridays. The turnaround time for your Legionella and other culture projects will start when the laboratory receives your samples from our NYC service center. Samples received by the service center by 8:00 pm EST will ship out the same day.

The turnaround time for your asbestos and non-viable samples will start when we receive them at our NYC service center.

At this service center clients are able to do the following:

• Drop off samples for Legionella, bacterial, fungal, asbestos and other analysis
• Pick up bottles for Legionella, HPC and E. coli analysis
• Pick up swabs and Air-O-Cells for IAQ testing
• Pick up chains of custody

Our New Jersey lab is certified for Drinking Water by the NJ DEP ELCP for HPC, Total coliforms, E.coli and Non-Drinking Water for HPC and Total coliforms.
